Zynga suing over Pyramidville's alleged trademark infringement

Social gaming giant Zynga is back in court again, issuing a lawsuit against Kobojo. According to GamesIndustry, the publisher alleges Kojobo's Pyramidville infringes on Zynga's trademarks, namely Farmville, FrontierVille, CityVille and the like. Zynga has requested injunctions against the title and demanded damages of three times the profits the rival game has brought in so far. Zynga does not own a trademark on "Ville".
