Zoo Tycoon announced for Xbox One and Xbox 360

Microsoft has announced Zoo Tycoon for Xbox One and Xbox 360. Looks like the game from Frontier Developments wasn't cancelled after all.
Not much is really known about the console version of the really fun PC game, but Microsoft sent over a batch of screenshots and released a trailer for it.
A date was not provided. Check below for some lovely HD screens.
