Yu Suzuki joins Premium Agency as executive game producer

It has been announced that Yu Suzuki has joined Tokyo-based Premium Agency as an executive game producer at the firm.

According to Develop, Suzuki will be an adviser on the firm's social and mobile projects as well as the as of yet untitled Kinect fighting game in the works.

“I’ve been [interested in] the idea of integration of technology and entertainment faithfully as a game producer," Suzuki said while complimenting Pemium Agency's "pioneer spirit”, and development on games with a "global appeal."

Premium Agency is a CG animation studio has well as a games development firm, and has worked on the Naruto IP.

The SEGA vet is well-know for the Shenmue series as well as the games Out Run, After Burner II, Virtua Fighter, Daytona USA and Virtua Cop.
