Yakuza 6: The Song of Life reviews round-up - all the scores

Reviews of Yakuza 6: The Song of Life first arrived over a month ago, but now the game is out let's revisit how it fared with the critics.

Actually, so have a number of players, after Sega released a demo for Yakuza 6 that unlocked the full game. Whoops.

Anyway, if you haven't played the demo or the full game, you'll be curious as to how the latest in the long-running Yakuza saga stands up.

A long time favourite in Japan, among importers and now a growing fanbase in the West, Yakuza 6 focuses on Kazuma Kiryu. He's been recently released from prison and is investigating a friend's accident, as he explores the seemingly quiet town of Onomichi.

As well as his open-world adventures, players can visit a cat cafe, work out in the gym and play full ports of arcade classics like Puyo Puyo and Virtua Fighter 5.
