Xbox1.com domain next on Microsoft's list

Microsoft has filed yet another dispute over domain names related to its new console, this time chasing down the owner of xbox1.com via the National Arbitration Forum.
The domain is currently registered to a Japanese address, and has had three owners in the last ten years.
Since filing a dispute with the NAF is an extreme measure, Microsoft is likely to have pursued the domain through less dramatic means, and been rejected.
As Fusible points out, again, Microsoft's legal team are pretty good at this sort of thing and will likely win. Should have taken the offer, yo.
Microsoft recently tackled XboxOne.com and XboxOne.net, both of which were registered to a UK resident at the time.
