Xbox One E3 conference won't be about TV
Major Nelson has confirmed that Microsoft isn't planning to talk about TV when it presents the Xbox One to audiences at E3 2013.
In a cute little Twitter exchange doing the rounds today, Microsoft's Larry Hryb responded to ongoing dissatisfaction with the entertainment focus of the Crossbone's public debut.
"If you can't tune in for our E3 Briefing due to work/school, I'll be tweeting out the highlights," he said.
"Is it going to TV, TV TV TV TV TV TV, TV, TV TV TV TV TV TV, TV, TV TV TV TV TV TV, TV and no games at E3? Then I am not watching," a wit known as Javed asked.
"I can confirm that we will have TV's (or similar) on stage to show the games. That should be the extend of TV talk in your E3," the Xbox ambassador replied.
Unsurprising but most reassuring. E3 2013 takes place next week in Los Angeles and is probably going to be the most interesting one since the last batch of consoles launched.
Thanks, woe.
