Xbox 360 update fixes video color issues

Microsoft has announced the latest Xbox 360 update will fix color issues some users have been reporting since the dashboard update in December. The system update is mandatory, and will be applied when you log into Xbox Live on your console. According to Major Nelson, the update increases performance and "is part of our continued effort to provide the best possible Xbox LIVE experience." He also notes that the color issues, once the patch is applied, will be immediately notable through the dashboard. The fix is also being applied by partners to apps on Xbox Live, which will be tolled out over the coming months.
