World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth releases this summer, pre-ordering unlocks Allied Races early
Blizzard has announced a release window for World of Warcraft's upcoming expansion, Battle for Azeroth.
World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth, which was announced at BlizzCon last year, will be released sometime this Summer.
Blizzard has announced today that the expansion is now available for pre-purchase through the Blizzard store, and the in-game shop. If you pre-order a digital copy, you'll get a level 110 character boost you can use anytime to get you to end-gear content.
You'll also unlock the ability to play as the new Allied Races variants, like the Highmountain Tauren, Lightforged Draenei, Void Elves, and Nightborne. If you manage to level up an Allied Race character from 20 to 110, you'll earn a distinctive Heritage Armor set every time you do so.
Blizzard also revealed the contents and price of the game's standard, deluxe, and digital deluxe editions. The standard edition is priced $50/€45, while the deluxe will set you back $70/€60.
Both standard and deluxe come with the level 110 character boost, and the ability to play as the new Allied Races. See below for items available only in the deluxe edition:

- Tottle, the baby Tortollan pet
- Hearthstone card back
- StarCraft II sprays

- Overwatch voice lines, emotes, sprays, and icons
World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth is out sometime this summer.
