World of Goo downloaded 1 million times via the App Store

2D Boy has announced World of Goo has been downloaded 1 million times on iOS and through the Mac App Store since it was released 13 months ago. The firm said 29% of downloads and 17% of revenue came from the World of Goo's iPhone/iPod Touch version, and 69% of downloads and 79% of revenue were from the HD Universal edition with iPad support. The Mac App store version made up 2% of total downloads and 4% of total revenue. Meanwhile, the Andorid version released back in November has been downloaded 450,000 times as a free demo, while the full version has been downloaded 70,000 times. Thanks, Gamasutra.
