Happy New Year! We hope you all had a pleasant, restful holiday season and fun New Year's Eve celebration. Now onto brighter things: we're back!
For this week's community question, we're looking ahead to the rest of the year. So tell us, what's your most anticipated game of 2019? Oh yeah, and we have a bigger list of our most anticipated games of 2019 already too.

Well, the year is young, but I already have a few contenders. I'm very stoked for Dragon Quest Builders 2, which is due West; I'm just not sure when. The game hit Japan in December, so hopefully "Sooner than later" is in the cards. I'm also looking forward to this mysterious Persona 5 R game we're going to learn more about in the spring. Really hoping for a Switch upgrade with new Palaces and new romance options (even though I failed to court anyone the first time around. Not for lack of trying. Oh, Tae Takemi! Why did I reject you? *Sob*).
Finally: Pokemon Gen 8. I don't know what it's going to be like, I don't know when it's coming, but I suspect it's going to be sweeter than a sugar-dusted Slurpuff.

I have four answers: Animal Crossing, Dreams, Kentucky Route Zero: Act 5, and Rage 2. Animal Crossing, because it's new Animal Crossing. Dreams because it looks like nothing else, and I'm not only excited to play with its many tools, but to see what others do with it too. Kentucky Route Zero's finale because Kentucky Route Zero is one of the best games of the past decade, and it's not even done yet. And finally Rage 2 because it just looks fun.
