Along with the announcement of a release date for the Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 Remix compilation, Square Enix has also released a new video for Kingdom Hearts 2.8: Final Chapter Prologue.
Originally slated for release in December, it was announced during TGS 2016 in September that it had been delayed to January 24, 2017 in the west. Japan will get it a little earlier on January 12.
Kingdom Hearts 2.8 contains a full HD remaster of Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance 3DS, a movie that covers major backstory events and Kingdom Hearts 0.2, a short playable side-story leading up to Kingdom Hearts 3.
