Did the full Watch Dogs skill tree and world map just leak?

Watch Dogs developer Ubisoft Montreal should hire Mario to visit their offices, because there's been a crazy amount of leaks coming out of the studio and its games recently. The latest drip is a gallery of grabs from Aidan's skill tree.
It follows this leaked, raw Watch Dogs PS4 gameplay footage. It's legitimate. Check it out.

The screens were taken from a livestream so they're not the best quality, although they do appear to give a glimpse of the skill tree menus and the map in full. Still, treat these with caution until Watch Dogs drops on May 27.
