Watch Dogs 2 gameplay trailer highlights slick new hacking tools
The original Watch Dogs was perhaps one of the most anticipated games of this generation, offering an open-world sandbox where everything was hackable. Sadly, the end result didn't quite live up to expectations, but the sequel has huge potential to fill those gaps - and the new gameplay mechanics and hacking tools suggest its headed in the right direction.
What kind of new tools, you might ask? As part of Watch Dogs 2's "hack everything" philosophy, you can even hack self-driving cars and take direct control of the steering wheel. While on infiltration missions, you can also use remote drones to into areas camera networks can't reach. And when you must confront a guard, your can use your custom-made Thunderball - basically a combat yo-yo - to take out the enemy. Hey, at least we're not dealing with Aiden "resorts to guns" Pearce.
Watch Dogs 2 launches for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on November 15, 2016.
