Wasteland 2 guide: upgrade your rad suits

Before you go any further in Wasteland 2 you need to upgrade your rad suits. Most of the kitty litter needed to upgrade can be found around the side areas that dot the wasteland of L.A. But if you've decided to team with Mr Manners against Tori Robinson you'll need to go to the L.A. Aqueducts to kill her, fulfilling the quest and getting access to his stockpile.

When you leave the Angel Oracle go south and enter the instance. Once you've killed Tori and leave this area you won't be able to come back so make sure you check everything you want to. There's a ruined toaster here that the cook back in Angel Oracle wants - turn it in to the cook and you'll get kitty litter from Mr Manners' stockpile.

So when you start the instance go forward and use Perception to see buried landmines between the entrance and Tori's camp. When you speak with her you can either kill her or leave her alone. We killed her.

Once they're all dead take the broken toaster from the back area - it's worth two bags of kitty litter to the cook. Go back to town and complete the quest by handing her head to Mr Manners.

Go out the main office and down the ladder by the radio console to the press booth. If you've been doing the side missions as the calls come in you should be only short of one bag of kitty litter, which you'll find on the shelf inside the first room. Kill the large cockroaches and take it.

When you have enough litter head back to Woodson at the main base and upgrade your suits. If you don't have enough litter search carefully around the small towns and settlements in L.A. When you turn it all in you have to wait a little while, so go exploring to see if there's anything you've missed.

Side Quest: Let Angel Oracle Know Rodia is Ready to Trade

Once you've saved Rodia you need to let Angel Oracle know it's ready to trade. Go and find Mr Manners, who will ask you to return to Rodia. Speak to the mayor there and the mission is complete.

Side Quest: Saved the Kidnapped Teenagers

This is a side quest you’ll receive via radio transmission. Once you receive it, head towards the indicated X on your World Map. This mission is semi-time sensitive, as you can’t just wait around or the teenagers will be killed. Head forward from the entrance and instantly aim and attack one of the priests. Take them down and the leader of the teenagers will give you some background about the God’s militia, as well as mark Hollywood on your map if you haven’t already had it marked for you.

Side Quest: Defeat Large Synth Attacking Ingleton

Go to the Ingleton marker on the world map and talk with a man near the entrance. Make sure your team is in good health before heading to the back of the area because this is a tough fight against a Scorpitron with 3000 HP. He shoots minions every few turns too, so be as strategic as possible. Once this battle is over, Woodson will call to let you know the rad suits are ready.
