Sketches detail contents of Warcraft movie trailer shown at BlizzCon 2014

Blizzard showed a Warcraft trailer to BlizzCon 2014 attendees in November, but the film company producing it would not allow a video to be released for it. Enter German gaming site Buffed.de which has come to the rescue.

Sort of.

Since the trailer isn't available, and attendees were being heavily policed by folks walking up the aisles to combat leaks, the site said its editor decided to sketch what she saw and put it in pictures.

According to Buffed, (thanks Reddit!) the trailer opened with a a panoramic showing Stormwind City as well as the white tower of the Cathedral of Stormwind, before moving on to a group of orcs travelling through a desert led by Durotar.

The Paladins of the Silver Hand were next on screen, with the scene taking place in a chapel decorated with blue banners featuring a silver hand and guarded by soldiers.

Elsewhere in the trailer a panorama of the floating city of the Magi appeared, showing Dalaran the magician hovering in the sky.

Other scenes featuring elves, Medivh and Khadgar, Durotan and first fortress of Frostwolf were also shown.

The Warcraft movie is slated for a March 2016 release.
