Wanna play EA games but hate Origin? Three new DRM-free titles now on GOG

Three EA-games now Origin free. Well, except Dragon Age: Origins, which contains six. Haaaa. That's a Dragon Age joke.

EA has allowed three more games to escape the clutches of Origin and creep onto GOG.com, a platform which is all DRM-free, all the time (except briefly when a publisher insisted on DRM for The Witcher 2, but CD Projekt RED patched it out almost immediately despite Bandai Namco's protests).

They're not exactly brand-new, but if you're a PC gamer with a philosophical objection to DRM, your world has opened up considerably. Dragon Age: Origins, Dead Space or SimCity 3000 are pretty rad new additions to a scene that has largely collapsed in terms of triple-A releases since Steam made DRM cool. Also, they're all on sale; you can grab 'em for under $12 each.

I'm interested to know if saves are compatible because I'd be pretty pleased not to have to load up Origin every time I want to play Dragon Age Origins again, which is whenever I get a hankering to be covered in blood and wrapped in the loving arms of a cheeky ginger. So: all the time.
