Video Round-Up: Game Awards 2016

It's time for another video round-up, but this time we're focused on a single event! Tonight is the Game Awards 2016, so this round-up is all about the trailers and teasers that debuted at the event.
Rocket League
Rocket League started things off with a trailer for its new arena, Starbase ARC. The new update comes with the arena, a new battle car, and an update that allows players to create new levels in Unreal Engine. The update will be available worldwide on Wednesday, December 7.
Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition
Gearbox founder Randy Pitchford came on the Game Awards pre-show to announce the Bulletstorm remaster, Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition. The remsaster brings Bulletstorm to Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC, with hi-res textures, increased polygon counts, sterling audio, and smoother frame rates. Full Clip is coming on April 7, 2017.
Death Stranding
Following Kojima's acceptance of his award, he really kicked off the show with a new trailer for Death Stranding. The trailer show a digital version of director Guillermo del Toro on the run from from soldiers in a war-torn city. Del Toro's character is carrying precious cargo, a small child in stasis. The trailer also showed off what looks to be the villain of the game, portrayed by Hannibal and Dr. Strange star Mads Mikkelsen.
The trailer was running in 4K in real-time on a PlayStation 4 Pro.
Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series
Though this one was already leaked, Telltale's Marvel game was revealed as Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series. No further details on the game were given.
Dauntless
A game from new studio, Phoenix Labs, Dauntless takes place in a world of floating islands where technology and fantasy collide. The trailer showed off four warriors against a large mosnter. The game is a co-op action RPG that looks like a Western take on Capcom's Monster Hunter series.
Dauntless is coming in 2017.
Prey
The development process can be diffficult, as it has been with the creation of the all-new Prey. Arkane Studios showed off a new trailer for Prey, coming in 2017/
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
As promised, Nintendo of America boss Reggie Fils-Aime showed off a brand-new gameplay trailer for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild for Nintendo Switch and Wii U. The first trailer was a general teaser about life in the new Hyrule, while the second video showed the folks at the Nintendo Treehouse, playing the game on Wii U.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is coming to Wii U and Switch some time in 2017.
Shovel Knight: Spectre of Torment
The next entry in the Shovel Knight franchise is Spectre of Torment, starring Spectre Knight from the Order of No Quarter! The game fills in the event prior to the actual Shovel Knight game with new levels and bosses to conquer.
Shovel Knight: Spectre of Torment is coming in Spring 2017 for all platforms.
The Walking Dead: A New Frontier
The newest Walking Dead season stars a new character, Javier. The Walking Dead: A New Frontier starts with how the zombie plague first tore apart Javier's family, before jumping forward a few years. Walking Dead series mainstay Clementine does factor into this season, just not as a star. The game will have a two-episode premiere on December 20, 2016.
Mass Effect: Andromeda
EA Bioware showed off a whole lot of Mass Effect: Andromeda at the Game Awards. The trailer showed off some of the new cast, a city, exploration in the all-new Nomad (read: Mako), and some pitched, newly-vertical Mass Effect combat. The trailer also mentions crafting, which is a new facet of the Mass Effect experience.
Mass Effect: Andromeda is coming to Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC in Spring 2017.
