Video for Afterfall: InSanity goes all out on environmentals
Nicolas Games has released a video for its post-apocalyptic, survival horror PC game Afterfall: InSanity.
The Unreal Engine 3 shooter puts players in the shoes of Albert, a member of the medical team who must combat others infected with the Confinement Syndrome, while also trying to figure out who is responsible for the tragedy and why before it spreads to everyone hiding underground in the Shelter.
According to the game description Albert will have to "square off against countless riddles, monsters and difficult to make decisions", by using his "superb reflexes, the ability of logical thinking and deduction, not to mention nerves of steel."
Sounds and looks rather cool.
Also, if you pre-order the game for $1, all of the money collected from pre-orders will be donated to charity, and the game will be sold at the price of $33.90. In the last week of pre-orders, those who took part in the "$1 pre-order" will choose the charity organization by the particular poll sent them by e-mail.
The original charitable recipient of the pre-order program was to be Amnesty International in Poland, which declined to be part of the program due to the non-profit feeling the "brutality of the game doesn’t go hand in hand with Amnesty International ideology."
If 10 million pre-orders are reached, 10% of the income will be donated to a charity organization, originally AI, and anything above 10million will be shared 50/50 between thecompany and organization. If the number of pre-orders doesn't break 10 million, all of the money collected from pre-orders will be donated to charity.
Afterfall: InSanity is slated for a November 25 release on PC.
Thanks, Blue.
