Said publisher Patrick Garratt: “VG247 continues to prove that a huge audience exists for its unique mix of news, op-eds, guides, giveaways, internationalism and general irreverence.

“We’re blessed with an exceptional, highly dedicated team in new Editor Matt Martin, US Editor Steph Nunneley and Australian Editor Brenna Hillier. Staff Writer Sherif Saed, an up-and-coming journalist based in Cairo, Egypt, joined us this year. Our current staff-group is extremely robust.

“While our editorial is solid, we're also fortunate to enjoy a fantastic relationship with partner Gamer Network, and rarely have so many growth opportunities presented themselves. Based on our current levels of accruement, 2015 promises to be a banner year.”

VG247 launched in February 2008, and provides round-the-clock games reporting from editors in the UK, America, Australia, Egypt and France.
