UK retailers list Heavy Rain for February 26 release

European retailers Game, Gamestation, and Play are listing Heavy Rain for a February 26 release.
To lend some credence to this, Famitsu said that it will be released in Japan during February as well.
As far as North America is concerned, SCEA stated that it has not announced a release yet, but "stay tuned as we will have a release date soon."
SCEE has yet to comment.
