UK charts: FIFA 12 dominates final two weeks of 2011
FIFA 12 was the final number one of 2011, taking the post-Christmas number one and New Year's top spot.
The EA Sports title saw a 34 percent increase in the charts for the week ending Christmas Eve, but had a 27 percent decrease this week.
It still beat off Modern Warfare 3 to the top, however, with the Infinity Ward shooter coming second in both weeks' charts.
Third alternated between Just Dance 3 and Battlefield 3, with the Ubi dancer taking third in the post-Christmas chart, while the DICE super-shooter got a step on the podium for New Year's week.
BioWare MMO Star Wars: The Old Republic debuted at the bottom end of the top ten in the chart after Christmas.
It wasn't counted towards the Christmas number one chart. The game launched on December 20, five days before Christmas.
