Ubisoft teases "Assassin's Creed: Ascendance"

When you can't even rely on the games themselves to hand out solid answers, expecting a cryptic teaser trailer to give you anything other than a wink and some brief eye candy is probably going too far. Such is the case with a recently posted video of an animated series called "Assassin's Creed: Ascendance."

It hails from UbiWorkshop, a studio that's produced previous Ubi promo work in the form of short movies, art books, and comics, and shows an assassin going for a nice rooftop jog in the middle of a rainstorm. Check it out after the break.
