Here's everything you need to know about Ubisoft Forward
Ubisoft Forward is scheduled to air this Sunday, July 12, and will offer fans a look at a range of new games the publisher has lined up for next-gen.
The official Ubisoft blog recently posted a breakdown of what viewers can expect from the showcase.
Fans who tune in to the pre-show can expect news about the AI teammates coming to Ghost Recon Breakpoint, details about Just Dance 2020, deep dives into Easter eggs from The Division 2, and instructions on how to get Watch Dogs 2 for free. Unfortunately, the offer only extends to PC users with Uplay.
The main show features Ubisoft's upcoming heavy-hitters, including Assassin's Creed Valhalla, Watch Dogs Legion, Hyper Scape, and several "surprises" - perhaps we'll finally get a look at one of those yet-to-be-announced AAA games Ubisoft is confirmed to be working on.
Meanwhile, the post-show will include a deep dive into Assassin's Creed Valhalla gameplay, as well as a Hyper Scape match for people yet to be acquainted with Ubisoft's take on a first-person battle royale shooter.
It's also worth mentioning that for the first time ever, the stream will be subtitled in American Sign Language.
If you'd like to tune in, be sure to check out the Ubisoft Forward livestream this Sunday, July 12. The stream goes live at 10:30am PST, while the pre-show starts at 11. The main line-up kicks off an hour later at 12.
In related news, Giancarlo Esposito - known for playing Gus Fring in Breaking Bad - is reportedly going to appear in Far Cry 6. It's possible the announcement could be made during the Ubisoft Forward showcase.
Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot recently sent an internal letter to all employees titled "Change starts today," in which he detailed specific measures the company will be taking in order to prevent future harassment. One such measure involves the implementation of an anonymous online tool for staff to report abuse, harassment and sexism.
