Ubisoft buys Action Pants

Ubisoft's bought a developer called Action Pants. Seriously.

The acquisition marks the arrival of Ubi's first in-house studio on the North American west coast. It's based in Vancouver.

Action Pants - seriously - first Ubi project is a Shaun White game.

Ubi's not really slowing down on the growth front. It bought a Brazilian studio only last month.
