Two Blade units stolen from Razer
Razer's confirmed that two prototype Blade units have been stolen from the company's R&D lab in San Francisco.
Company CEO Min-Liang Tan has made a personal plea on Facebook in an attempt to get the prototypes back.
"As you can imagine, the return of these prototype units is very important to the company. We have already reported this to the authorities who are working closely with us on this matter," said Tan.
"We take this act of theft seriously and would like to appeal for its return and discourage anyone from buying the Razer Blade prototypes from the perpetrators, whether online or otherwise, as they are stolen property."
The theft took place last Saturday, Razer's director of global product marketing Heathcliff Hatcher told Kotaku.
