Total War: Rome 2 update based on metrics and player feedback will land on September 6

Total War: Rome 2 will be getting an update this Friday which will tweak the balancing, AI routines and other features now that the game is live and The Creative Assembly is getting real-time metric feedback from players. The firm said last month it would release said update, due to the likelihood of general system specifications causing issues for some users. The game will also be updated on a weekly basis in the immediate future. Full patch notes will be available on Friday, September 6, and the update will also address known instances of crashes due to hardware conflicts alongside several other performance fixes. Users experiencing graphical issues including low resolution textures, should check out the support forums at which contain "suggestions for settings which will improve visuals in almost all cases."
