Tokyo Game Show 2013 artwork released, once again illustrated by Ippei Gyoubu

The artwork for Tokyo Game Show 2013 has been released (PDF). As usual, it is very bright, futuristic, busy, and features a lady in a strange armor-like outfit. This year, she isn't sporting glasses, though.
The visual was created by Ippei Gyoubu who has been involved in TGS since 2010.
According to the description, the character "She” who is the core of games wears a "wide variety of devices and tools as parts and she is now going to transform herself into something
beyond the reach of imagination."
Her appearance represents the main theme this year: GAMES: Limitless Evolution.
TGS runs September 19-22.
