TimeFly Studios formed from ex-Rainbow staff

Here. Brad Ruminer, Dennis Booth and Glenn O'Bannon, previously of Rainbow Studios (Cars, ATV Offroad Fury 2), have set up a new outfit called TimeFly. The company's licensed to work on games for Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo platforms.

"It's important for today's games to look and sound amazing, but looks alone aren't enough," said Booth, TimeFly's president. "Our games will focus on gameplay first, to be supported and enhanced by spectacular visuals and audio."

No idea what the developer's working on first.
