THQ: Warhammer MMO to be shown at E3, still

THQ CEO Brian Farrell has reiterated during the company's financial call to investors that its Warhammer 40K MMO will be revealed at E3.

"You will understand our excitement over it then," said Farrell.

Currently in development with Vigil at THQ’s Austin Studio, some early concept art was released back in December, and that’s about it.

“The highest ranking revenue opportunity for us clearly is the Warhammer 40k MMO,” Farrell told investors during a call in February.

“I encourage you to come by and 'see what we are seeing' at E3 when we fully unveil it".

Farrell, once again said it's looking at 5-7 years of financial opportunities with it, and hope for plenty of expansions if it's successful.

"We are building this game right, so that's why we have not announced a date yet," said Farrell. "We need Beta tests, Closed Betas Open Betas, and as we get closer to finish we will talk more about it.

"What we don't need though, is one million subscribers just to make it profitable," added CFO Paul Pucino. "If we even get near that number. Still, we'll make a lot of money".

Come on E3, then.
