There will be 12 world premieres at The Game Awards 2014
The Game Awards 2014 will follow Spike VGX's trend in premiering a wealth of new material.
Host Geoff Keighley has revealed that there will be at least 12 world premieres during the awards show.
Keighley made the announcement during a Twitch stream, as reported by DualShockers. Not all of these will be new announces, though; some will be 'really meaningful updates" about upcoming games.
We can presumably put Metal Gear Online's debut in this second camp.
Keighley is being pretty quiet about what these reveals actually are, but he did says both Sony and Microsoft are on board, and that he recently checked out an announcement from "out of the left field" he believes "people are gonna go crazy for.
The Game Awards are to be held this Friday. There's been no noise from Spike about hosting its own show this year.
