The Witcher 3 Skellige secondary quests

Here are all of secondary quests you can expect to find in Skellige on your The Witcher 3 adventure.

Skellige is the most uniformly dangerous location in The Witcher 3, but there a lot of secondary quests to be found that can rake in plenty of XP and loot for Geralt. So tread warily, my witcher friends, but have fun.

On this page, you'll find a checklist of Skellige secondary quests - some accompanied by helpful guides - that you should definitely seek out in The Witcher 3.

The Witcher 3 Skellige secondary quests

Skellige is a difficult place to explore in The Witcher 3. Not only will you have to sail to reach a number of islands inaccessible by other means, but you may need to sail to get from one side of an island to the other; the mountainous landscape makes it difficult to make a beeline for your goals.

Much of the content here is very high level, and some of it is best left for when you're close to finishing the game at level 30 or so. But that doesn't mean there's not a lot to do; if you've just arrived, you'll find challenges accessible from perhaps as low as level 15 all the way up to the reaches of level 35. If you have some good equipment and alchemy products, you can rake in XP, cash and loot here. It's worth the trip.

As you wander Skellige you may come across a number of quests not listed here. Some of the quests you find are well beyond your reach at this stage; come back in Act Two and Act Three to challenge them. We've listed these quests in our Act Two and Act Three secondary quest hubs.

Tackle these ones instead. We hope to have full walkthroughs for all of these one day, but in the meantime, this makes a handy checklist of what you could and should be doing. At the end of this list, you should be well on your way to level 25, if not beyond, and ready to tackle serious challenges.
