The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD's optional Hero Mode has been detailed, and if you are just now hearing about it, think of it as being extra hard. True heroes never have and easy go of it anyway, you know. According to Polygon, Hero Mode will not contain hearts in the environment nor will fallen foes drop them. The only way to heal is through the use of potions and fairies and enemies will also dole out double damage. The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD will be out on Wii U on October 4 in Europe.
