The USgamer podcast is back! Join Nadia, Caty, Mike, and myself as we gab about all the latest in gaming! (download link here).
Phew. Okay. So this has been in the works for a while now, but it's been challenging to find the bandwidth to produce two separate podcasts over the course of the week. We're a relatively small people (five people!), and recording and editing a podcast sucks up a lot of time in the day. But it's worth it for the chance to be able to talk about games that aren't RPGs for a chance (the Axe of the Blood will, of course, continue as it has for the past two years).
For our return episode, I'm joined by Mike, Caty, and Nadia, and we talk a bit about what has been taking up our time (Splatoon 2, the NHL Beta, Gigantic); some of the latest headlines, and a subject that has been our mind lately: given the flack that Destiny 2 and Splatoon 2 have taken for being "too similar" to the previous games, what exactly do we want out of a good sequel?
We'll be back every Wednesday from here on out, possibly with a slightly different lineup (I'd prefer not to host both podcasts, but we'll see!) In the meantime, welcome back to the USgamer Podcast, and please enjoy!
