The Sims Medieval trailer includes the usual sadistic humour

Playing with little virtual people has never been as fun as it should be, but now you can make them chop each other's heads off with swords, and fall into pits filled with monsters. This new trailer for The Sims Medieval shows there's life in the old dolly game yet.
As the trailer proclaims, The Sims Medieval is due on PC on March 2011, with an OS-X version due shortly thereafter.
Although built on the same engine as The Sims 3, Medieval varies in that characters do not age - probably to ensure you don't consider killing off any kiddies with an eye on your throne.
