The Rick and Morty VR game is out now if you like your Job Simulator even more off the wall than usual

Rick and Morty: Virtual Rick-ality doesn't take itself seriously - surprise surprise.

Rick and Morty: Virtual Rick-ality is a spin-off of Job Simulator developed through a collaboration between Adult Swim and Owlchemy Labs.

As far as I can make out from early impressions and videos, a lot of Rick and Morty: Virtual Rick-ality involves finding weird things and little in-jokes and having a good old snigger at them. It's hard to argue with these good old-fashioned gaming values.

Like vanilla Job Simulator, it's a puzzler of sorts, and players will have to navigate various scenarios and finish missions by following (or ignoring) Rick's instructions. Although the player seems to be manifest in-game as a Morty head, Morty himself is also in there, available for all your slapping needs.

If this bothers you, you should watch Rick and Morty. I mean, that's good life advice in general. Watch Rick and Morty.

Rick and Morty: Virtual Rick-ality is available now on Steam for $30 or local equivalent. It supports both Oculus Rift and HTC Vive, but there's been no word yet on a PS4 version with PlayStationVR support. Cross your fingers.

This is yet another milestone on Adult Swim's sudden proliferation of interesting games publishing experiments. What will it think of next.
