The Order: 1886 has been censored in Japan, making the brothel scene in the game conform to video game regulations in the country.
In the international edition, nippies on the prostitutes are shown in the game, but in the Japanese edition the twins are devoid of said anatomy - which looks really odd. Stickers would have looked better, honestly, even if they sported tassels.
One of the fellas visiting the cathouse, whose member is fully exposed after getting a reverse cowgirl and subsequent beat down by Galahad, now has his offending genitalia covered with a spiffy pair of red jammie bottoms.

All silly descriptions of female and male body parts aside, games in Japan adhere to a different level of censorship than movies or anime with both excessive violence and sexual situations culled before hitting the market.
