The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot hosting open beta event

Ubisoft has announced a second open house event for The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot, which is currently in closed beta. Get in on the action now.

For one week, anybody who registers will score limited-time access to the beta; you can create an account or sign in using your Uplay details.

The event kicked off at 3:00PM July 30 BST and ends on 11:00PM BST August 6

A community event will run alongside the open house; the first ever Opulencian Edict is called Unleash the Chickens and tasks players to kill off 10 million chickens over the coming week. If successful, the event will result in the unlocking of chickens as a castle defence item for all players in the next patch. You can find chickens in Castle Chicken Shack and Castle Chicken HQ.

While you're onboard, throw a Like at the game's Facebook page to potentially score a bundle of in--game currency among other bonuses.

Hit up the game's website to take part. If you like what you see and want to keep playing after the event ends, you can wait around for a closed beta invite or buy in via a Founder's Package.

The first open house in early July attracted over 330,000 players; those who participated will find their progress ready and waiting for them upon their return.
