The Lost Archive and Ottoman Edition details outed for Assassin's Creed: Revelations

The Lost Archive, the latest DLC for Assassin's Creed: Revelations releasing on February 28, will delves into the background of Clay Kaczmarek, also known as Subject 16.

According to a video and information posted over on Zavvi, the DLC will play along the lines of a narrative puzzle with missions occurring inside the Animus. Answers regarding Subject 16's background will be answered, and a few familiar faces will pop by for a cameo.

The DLC will also include pre-order bonuses previously available through retailers or included in non-standard versions of Revelations such as Altair's Robe, the Turkish Assassin Armour, and the Armour of Brutus. The campaign mission Vlad the Impaler Prison will also be made available.

Assassin's Creed: Revelations' Ottoman Edition, meanwhile, is as expected the "Game of the Year" edition of Revelations. It includes The Lost Archive as well as both multiplayer DLC packs already released. Zavvi lists it for launch on 30th March.

The site also posted information regarding the Game of the Year Edition of Revelations, which is to be called the Ottoman Edition. It will launch, according to the site, on March 30, and includes The Lost Archive as well as the following DLC already released for the game:

  • The full Assassin’s Creed Revelations game
  • The Ancestor’s Character Pack (DLC 1)
  • 4 new multiplayer characters, including :
  • The swashbuckling Privateer
  • The deadly siren Corsair
  • The opportunistic Brigand
  • The bloodthirsty Gladiator
  • The Ancestors Multiplayer Character Pack DLC also includes new customization items for your characters.
  • The Mediterranean Traveller Maps pack (DLC 2)
  • 6 multiplayer maps including: 3 new locations (Jerusalem, Imperial and Dyers); 3 maps from Assassin's Creed Brotherhood (Siena, Firenze and San Donato).
  • Also unlocks customisation items for your characters and new Trophies.
  • The Lost Archive (DLC 3): Innovative narration style and puzzle-platforming gameplay pioneered in Assassin’s Creed Revelations’ present-day Desmond sequences.
  • New multiplayer features: 3 characters - The Crusader, Ottoman Jester, Ottoman Doctor.

The Lost Archive includes:

  • New single player features: 3 character skins; Ezio Turkish Assassin Armour; Altaïr robe; The Armour of Brutus
  • Capacity upgrades for: Gun, Crossbow, Bomb capacities, 1 additional mission: "Vlad the Impaler Prison"
