The Gears of War 4 launch trailer is here, a full month before the game's release.
The trailer kicks off with an intro from Marcus Fenix describing how people are once again being taken - this time by new Locust-like enemies called The Swarm.
Marcus suits up alongside his son JD, and his two friends, Kait Diaz and Del Walker to "rescue the ones they love and discover the source of a monstrous new enemy."
I won't spoil the dramatic climax of the trailer, but if you're already looking forward to the next installment in the series, it'll definitely get you psyched.
Gears of War is due for release on October 11 for Xbox One and Windows 10 PC as a Play Anywhere title.
