The Division: Positive Steam reviews plummet to new low
Despite the upcoming expansions, players are still p**sed.
The Division has had its fair share of problems with cheaters and bugs, and Ubisoft has spent a lot of time making it clear that playing sill buggers or using exploits will be severely punished - in as much as that applies to video games.
But despite their efforts to clean up the Dark Zone, and the imminent release of the first of the expansions to flesh out the game outside of the multiplayer experience, players are still irked, and they're making themselves heard.
Over on Steam, the recent ratings for the game are sitting at 'overwhelmingly negative,' with only 16% of the last 30 days' 1,552 reviews being positive at the time of writing.
Things were even more dire a couple of days ago, when a reddit user posted a screenshot showing only 10% positive reviews out of 2,584.
Some users in the thread were of the opinion that Ubisoft has abandoned the player base now that they've had a cash injection from the intial sales. Others have had their money's worth, or play co-op outside of the Dark Zone, and think the whole thing has been blown out of proportion.
Either way, the recent reviews speak for themselves. People are not happy bunnies.
