The Division meta-novel to be released alongside the game
The Division: New York Collapse is a meta-novel which will be released alongside the game next month.
Created by author Alex Irvine, New York Collapse is described as a cross between a diary and "urban survivalist’s field guide" of sorts, complete with handwritten notes and artifacts discovered by the character April Kelleher.
She survived the pandemic, and in the meta novel, the character adds "cryptic clues" discovered which point to what’s "really going on" in The Division’s story.

The book is available for pre-order through Amazon (US) (UK), Barnes & Noble and Chronicle Books.
