With the coming launch of the second phase of The Division's PTS, many balance changes will be made, and a lot of fixes will happen. But, more importantly, the Last Stand mode will soon roll out there as well.

In the video, Alex lists all the changes Massive promised in their recent State of the Game livestream, which cover a whole bunch of topics.

The biggest addition is obviously the Last Stand mode, which will allow PTS players to test the 8v8 mode. Normalisation, another feature coming to the game with Last Stand expansion, will also roll out first in the PTS.

Normalisation is The Division's way of balancing out gear and weapon stats to make Last Stand more competitive and fair. This is mostly aimed at stats, rather than individual traits.

Dual Valkyries, a very potent weapon right now in the game, will be nerfed, so no more of those massive damage numbers. Hungry Hawk will also be fixed, also to bring its damage more in line with intended values.

The SEEKR set will see drastic changes. Having two pieces equipped will now grant you a certain percentage of resist all talent. Three pieces will now give you 5 percent body shot damage. If you're equipping four pieces, you'll be getting a 200 percent headshot damage after landing two consecutive shots to the body.

The MDR's base damage will receive a 65 percent buff. The weapon's talents will also receive an upgrade. Finally, the Show Stopper will be getting a damage boost.

This second phase does not yet have a release date.
