The Division: great Dark Zone map lets you share routes

The Division fans are putting together some pretty clever tools.

If you're venturing into the Dark Zone in search of endgame The Division loot, you might wanna check out this excellent interactive map.

Hosted at The Division Agent and put together by Michael Lynch (gamegenius86), the map not only provides a scrolling, zooming guide to chests, named bosses and everything else you need to plan an expedition, it allows you to plot routes through all these points of interests.

You can then share these paths with your buddies, and players are already passing around optimised routes for all sorts of goals. (Please ignore my illustrative attempt in the image above. It is only optimised for doodling.)

It's a very nice piece of work although unfortunately not yet working properly on mobile and has been updated to work on mobile devices. The project is open source and the creator is actively seeking collaborators to keep improving it, so if you're keen to help Reddit's probably your best bet for getting in touch.
