The Behemoth sends Castle Crashers PS3 off to final testing, releases screenshots and video to celebrate

It's been a behemoth of a wait, but if all goes according to plan, PS3 gamers will soon have their own slice of hacking, slashing, curiously poop joke-obsessed bliss.

Over on its official blog, The Behemoth announced that its PS3 port of Castle Crashers is just about to be put through its paces in final testing.

"Our indefatigable programmers have been working their little fingers to the bone to make this game perfect for you. We’ve completed our internal testing, courtesy of our new Testopia office, a wonderland of testing joy. We have now sent the title off to a 3rd party vendor for final testing before we begin the submission process with Sony," reads the post.

For now, though, an actual concrete release date is still up in the air. So why not pass the time with some new screenshots and a video? Or, if that's not good enough, you could watch the trailer on repeat while holding a PS3 controller and pretending you're playing. And you could talk to your imaginary friends who'd be playing with you! And then you could ask those strange men who are putting a weird jacket on you if they'd like a go as well!
