Ten minutes of gameplay show off the beautiful and subtle Limbo follow-up Inside

Inside, the upcoming game from Limbo developers at Playdead, received a surprise release date during Microsoft's E3 conference.

Until that point, we had only see a couple of very atmospheric trailers for it, but never raw gameplay. Thanks to this Polygon video, we can now actually see that the Limbo inspirations extend to more than visuals.

The hero of Inside looks to be as helpless as the one in Limbo, with a focus on survival without combat. The monochromatic art style also makes a return, and it all helps give the game an eerie look.

Inside is out on Xbox One June 29, and on Steam on July 7.
