The video features news readers warning against "the disturbing activities of the Chevin Conglomerate" before being rudely interrupted.
BioWare hasn't provided any details of what's going on, but it's suspected to be a tease for an upcoming world event; Last time newscasters fired up in SWTOR, there was an outbreak of Rakghoul plague.
