Suspected Xbox One leaker appears in Australian court

The alleged Xbox One leaker who listed an Xbox Durango dev kit on eBay last year appeared in Perth Children's Court in Australia last week over charges.

It is not known at this point if the person is SuperDae, the Xbox One leaker who threatened to reveal sensitive information regarding the Xbox One console if he or she was arrested. So far this hasn't happened, so it's unclear if they are one and the same.

Now, the The Sydney Morning Herald has reported that the person - who was 17 at the time of the offence - appeared in court on multiple charges.

The charges include obtaining or dealing in personal financial information, failing to obey a data access order, and possession of identification material with intent to commit an offence.

While the case has been adjourned until next month, the suspect has yet to issue a plea against the charges.

We'll have more as it happens.

Thanks Polygon.
