Surreal Resistance 2 website uncovered

The folks over at NeoGAF have somehow uncovered an "interesting" website which apparently relates to Insomniac's Resistance 2.
The website shows a short video starring what appears to be Katee Sackhoff (of Battlestar Galactica fame) standing over a man being carted through a hospital, voicing concerns for the "paitent", until the screen goes black and a flat-lining beep can be heard. Morse code at the end of the end spells "blackout", which leads you to another part of the site.
