Lake Kingdom Power Moon 1. Lake Kingdom Broodal Fight - Broodals Over the Lake Power Moons

Walk up to the large flying boat and you’ll start a fight against another Broodal. This one throws its hat at you, so simply throw Cappy into the incoming hat. This will stop it and allow you to use it as a springboard. Leap from it and ground slam the Broodal’s head. Simply avoid his follow up chasing, and then repeat two more times to defeat him and earn three more power moon in Lake Kingdom.

Lake Kingdom Power Moon 2. Dorrie-Back Rider Power Moon

This one takes no ‘getting’ at all. Simply swim up to the back of the giant blue Nessy-type creature and grab the power moon off its back. I’m not even including a picture to help.

Lake Kingdom Power Moon 3. Cheep Cheep Crossing Power Moon

This moon in Lake Kingdom is found in the alcoves cut into the rock under the water. Swim up to the surface and away from the main structure to see it.

Lake Kingdom Power Moon 4. End of the Hidden Passage Power Moon

Once you’ve jumped up to the Courtyard area of the Lake Kingdom you should see a jump pad plant. Jump from this and hover over to the zipper on the wall. Unzip this and walk down the room to find a power moon.

Lake Kingdom Power Moon 5. What’s in the Box Power Moon

Swim into the top hole of the main building and activate the pressure pad.

Then go up to the top level and press the pressure pad. Once you’ve done this you can access the crates to the side. Destroy them and you’ll see a power moon placed on the other side of the room. To get this you need to make your way to the flying boat and then hover across to the side with the power moon. Make your way up across the wall and collect the power moon.

Lake Kingdom Power Moon 6. On the Lakeshore Power Moon

This Power Moon is extremely near the Oydssey landing point, so simply head down to the shore of the nearest water, check in the corner to the right, and you'll see a glistening point on the ground. Ground pound this area, and you'll reveal the Power Moon.

Lake Kingdom Power Moon 7. From the Broken Pillar Power Moon

Just in front of the huge bubble dome, there's a broken pillar with a glistening point on top of it. Ground pound the top point of the pillar, and the Power Moon will be revealed.

Lake Kingdom Power Moon 8. Treasure in the Spiky Waterway

In the underwater tunnels that take you to the Underwater Entrance you can go left or right. Go right first and you’ll find a treasure chest that contains a Power Moon.

Lake Kingdom Power Moon 9. Lake Gardening: Spiky Passage Seed Power Moon

For this, you'll need to head inside the underwater path that was unlocked by unzipping the ground near the Odyssey, causing the underwater path to be revealed. Right near where the bubbles spawn, there'll be a seed on the floor. Grab the seed, and swim all the way to the Water Plaza Entrance flag, and turn left, where you'll be able to throw the seed in the plant pot there. Wait there a while, and the Power Moon will spawn from the plant pot.

Lake Kingdom Power Moon 10. Lake Kingdom Timer Challenge 1 Power Moon

The scarecrow to start this timer challenge is just above the Underwater Checkpoint flag. Run across the platforms, ground pound through the hole, and keep ground pounding to reach the Power Moon before the timer expires.

Lake Kingdom Power Moon 11. Lake Kingdom Timer Challenge 2 Power Moon

Warp to the Water Plaza Terrace flag, hit the scarecrow, and then backflip up the blue and pink platforms, until you reach the Power Moon at the top.

Lake Kingdom Power Moon 12. Moon Shards in the Lake Power Moon

In the Underwater Entrance there are five moon pieces to find. Most are very simple to lay your hands on. The trickiest to find are above the boulder-covered secret door on the left of the room, in the jail-like cell, and behind the crates to the right (as you look at it) of the main structure.

Lake Kingdom Power Moon 13. Taking Notes: Dive and Swim Power Moon

Directly in front of the Odyssey is a pool of water. Swim into the note and then collect them all before the timer runs out to get your first power moon on Lake Kingdom.

Lake Kingdom Power Moon 14. Taking Notes: In the Cliffside

Head up the surface in the Underwater Entrance Area. You should be able to see a jump pad that leads to a warp pipe. Go in here to enter a retro mario course. Collect all the notes to unlock a power moon.

Lake Kingdom Power Moon 15. Lake Fishing Power Moon

Once you’ve defeated the Broodal you’ll return to the Odyssey. A staircase to a higher level can now be climbed. Go fishing up there by possessing Lakitu. Catch a big fish and you’ll earn a power moon.

Lake Kingdom Power Moon 16. I Met a Lake Cheep Cheep Power Moon

For this Power Moon, simply capture a Cheep Cheep in the main lake, and look around on the surface until you see a circular island with a single NPC standing on it. To get the Power Moon, jump as the Cheep Cheep from the main body of water into the small pool of water in the middle of the island, and the Power Moon is yours.

Lake Kingdom Power Moon 17. Our Secret Little Room Power Moon

Warp to the Water Plaza Entrance flag, where you can reach three small areas buried in the rock of the building. In the very right path, there's a doorway you can enter, where you'll find an NPC that gives you the Power Moon.

Lake Kingdom Power Moon 18. Let’s Go Swimming, Captain Toad Power Moon

To find Captain Toad and get his Power Moon in Lake Kingdom you need to dive down the pool of water on the left of the second floor (same floor as the shop). To reach the bottom without drowning you’ll need to repeatedly ground pound.

Lake Kingdom Power Moon 19. Shopping in Lake Lamode Power Moon

You can buy a power moon in the shop, found on the second floor of the building at the end of the Underwater Entrance area.

Lake Kingdom Power Moon 20. A Successful Repair Job Power Moon

From the main bubble in the lake, head out of the right upper exit, and swim to the nearest bubble, which contains an NPC and a door which you can enter. Once you're through the door, you'll have to possess the stone block with the green button, and position it so that it fits onto the rubble at the back of the section. Once this is done, the Power Moon will appear for you to collect.

Lake Kingdom Power Moon 21. I Feel Underdressed Power Moon

For this Power Moon, you'll need to hit up the Crazy Cap shop, and purchase the swimmer's outfit for a total of 15 purple coins. Now, head out of the shop and round the corner of the circular structure to find the NPC near a locked door. They'll now open the door due to you dressing in the swimmer's outfit, where you can claim this Power Moon.

Lake Kingdom Power Moon 22. Unzip the Chasm Power Moon

There’s a secret door through the zip entrance on the same wall as the underwater crates, just to the right as you look at the shop. Go through here and you’ll need to reach the end of the course and unzip the giant zipper to unlock the moon, which is placed back at the start.

Lake Kingdom Power Moon 23. Super Secret Zipper Power Moon

Inside the zipper area described in the Unzip the Chasm Moon advice there is a secret power moon. You may notice an area you can’t access. There is an invisible platform across to this. Walk over the area shown in the picture above and you’ll reach more zippers. Pull them all and you’ll get the power moon.

Lake Kingdom Power Moon 24. Jump, Grab, Cling, and Climb Power Moon

On the way to collecting the What’s in the Box Power moon there is a secret door that you can access in the wall. Just use the jump pad. Complete the jump and grapple heavy course to get the power moon.

Lake Kingdom Power Moon 25. Jump, Grab, and Climb Some More Power Moon

At the very end of the obstacle course detailed above, instead of dropping down to the area with the exit pipe, you should get back on the top level of the moving ledge. When you reach the top, jump up, and grab the Power Moon from inside the chest.

Lake Kingdom Power Moon 26. Secret Path to Lake Lamode Power Moon

You'll need to head to the Seaside Kingdom and complete the story objectives to retrieve this Power Moon. Now use the water spouts to reach the giant goblet, drop down to the bottom and head through the painting, and collect the Power Moon there.

Lake Kingdom Power Moon 27. Found with Lake Kingdom Art Power Moon

For this one, take the stairs near the Odyssey to find a painting depicting a location in the Cascade Kingdom. You'll need to head back to the Cascade Kingdom, and find the bones depicted in the picture, near where the Odyssey lands. Ground pound the spot depicted in the painting, and the Power Moon will be revealed.

Lake Kingdom Power Moon 28. Taxi Flying Through Lake Lamode Power Moon

Use the binoculars near the Odyssey, and look up at the moon. You'll see a taxi nearby being suspended by a ship, and if you focus closely and for long enough, a Power Moon will appear near to you back on the ground.
