Super Mario Odyssey Snow Kingdom Moon Locations - All Secrets, Bosses, Power Moon Walkthrough

The Super Mario Odyssey Snow Kingdom is a tricky one. Walking on ice has never been one of Mario’s strong points, so you’re going to need all the help you can get. Super Mario Odyssey Snow Kingdom Power Moon Locations

Here is our guide to all the Snow Kingdom Power Moons we've found so far. Keep checking back for more details on all the remaining power moons. Numbers match with those on your Power Moon list in the game.

Snow Kingdom Power Moon 21. Shopping in Shiveria Power Moon

You don’t need a picture for this. The shop can’t be missed. Just remember to buy the power moon the owner is selling.

Snow Kingdom Power Moon 3. The Gusty Barrier Power Moon

In the main area with the big screen, enter the first door on the left to be teleported to Wind-Chill Cavern. In here, make your way down to the final snow cloud, possess it, and then blow all the spiky shells off the platform ahead. Do this and you’ll unlock a power moon.

Snow Kingdom Power Moon 9. Atop a Blustery Arch Power Moon

Inside Wind-Chill Cavern you can climb onto the arch that you blow the staircase through. As a cloud, blow the staircase back to where it was, then jump off. Head up the stairs and onto the top, then ground pound the center to reveal a power moon.

Snow Kingdom Power Moon 18. Ice-Dodging Goomba Stack Power Moon

Enter the bottom right door in the main room to enter the Icicle Cavern. Get a group of four Goomba together, then jump on the button that has the picture of the Goomba and the number 4 - being careful to avoid the falling platform that appears when you walk over the shadow. Jump on the button and the power moon is revealed.

Snow Kingdom Power Moon 1. The Icicle Barrier Power Moon

This power moon on Snow Kingdom is awarded for completing the course in the Icicle Cavern (first door on right in the main room). Just be careful to avoid the falling platforms (they fall whenever you cross a shadowed area), and use them to smash through to the lower level when you reach the end.

Snow Kingdom Power Moon 2. The Ice Wall Barrier Power Moon

Enter the Hollow Crevasse by going into the far right door in the main room. Once inside watch out for the pillars that shoot out of the floor. They emerge from their shadow on the ground. Avoid them and collect the five moon pieces to earn a power moon that can be collected at the end of the course.

Snow Kingdom Power Moon 12. Treasure in the Ice Wall Power Moon

Make your way to the end of the lower level in the Hollow Crevasse, then use the emerging platforms to reach the higher level. Once up there, and still on the moving platform pillars, jump across to the ledge on the wall. Follow the ledge and you’ll find a chest with a power moon inside.

Snow Kingdom Power Moon 7. Behind Snowy Mountain Power Moon

Enter Snowy Mountain by going into the far left door in the main room. Work your way up the mountain, using Cappy to clear snow. Once you’re nearly at the top, look behind the platform with the air swirl and blast through a small door by using cappy. Follow this path through and find a power moon.

Snow Kingdom Power Moon 4. The Snowy Mountain Barrier - Broodal Boss Fight Power Moon

Inside the Snowy Mountain area, work your way to the top and you’ll come face to face with a Broodal. This one throws his hat at you. All you need to do is throw Cappy into the hat, jump on it to propel upwards, then land on the Broodal’s head. After each successful attack the Broodal will launch into a bouncing attack. Just run away and way for the next opportunity to hit his hat. Land on his head three times and he’s done for and the power moon is yours.

The Bound Bowl Grand Prix

With the center of the main room now open, you can head down to take part in a race. Head down the hole and then make your way to the race area. Go through the door and find the racer that doesn’t want to take part. Possess him and then bounce your way to the race room and talk to the Shiverian elder. Now it’s time to race.

The race isn’t hard as long as you use your bouncing. String together bounces on the track and you’ll leap farther. Avoid landing off the track and you shouldn’t have any troubles winning the race and getting three power moons.
